Location Services need an Only When Using option. Get rid of the two apps... Get ahead of the crowd

Easy to use, like being able to pick up my food without pulling my wallet out.

I was thrilled to see Wendys get an app. And with mobile payment no less! But it has consistently failed to work. Numerous attempts to reset things with customer service have failed. So somewhere in the void is the twenty five bucks I stupidly loaded onto the app. Please hire competent I. T. People. And let me use my Wendys funds.

One needs an account to use the app. When I try to create one through the app it tells me the password doesn’t meet minimum requirements, without telling me what those requirements are. When I try to create one through the web site, it just tells me that login fails, again without telling me where or how. Useless and getting deleted.

Tried multiple PW formats, none work APP gives no hint.

Holy mother of god this is the worst app I have used in as long as I can remember. I have never written a negative review for an app before, because whats the use? But this app is so bad I feel forced to blame somebody for this atrocity. Your IT dept should be ashamed. (I tried to send this message to Wendys privately through their feedback option on the app. Needless to say it wouldnt work. Just like everything else.)

Since most of us are loyal to Wendys , why do we have to wait for coupons in the mail? Why not have them in the app so we are able to redeem them in app ordering or at the store. Your competitors have this already!

Please do not put money into this app. I have my money ready to pay in the app and each time all it does is crash when you try to tap to pay. But every other section of the app works. Its a scam and I have yet to find who you I am to contact to handle receiving a refund.

Add ApplePay and Ill be happy. No reason why you cant add it to meek it easier and more secure to pay!! Thanks!!

Latest "update" prevents adding funds from ANY source.

This is a great app but the stores need to accept it to pay for food and it needs to be used by Apples passbook

Cant load money into this worthless app. No ApplePay support either.

Doesnt work, everything is an error! ZERO support. Email gets you a form letter calling gets a run around. Id give it a zero but not an option.

Should have coupons like other restaurants like Burger King

I do not like the new update. there is no clear way to get to your account to check your balance.

Doesnt work, costumer support doesnt answer emails. Did not refund my money. DO NOT LOAD THIS APP!! Absolutely horrible!

I never write reviews but h*** c*** this application is horrible. It charged my card 5 times and I never received the credit on the app. Just kept getting errors. Now my bank blocked my card because of suspicious activity and I cant even order food from anywhere else due to this ridiculously incapable application. So furious right now.
