Usually I am pretty satisfied with Jack in the Box but this time, Carmen has really let me down. When I pulled up, I was greeted with a manager that just stared at me through the glass and shook his head. When I pulled out this nifty app, he got very angry and threatened to throw it on the grill after a heated argument. Finally the grill cook stepped in and completed the transaction. Not the greatest experience Ive ever had... Next time I will just stop at In-N-Out.

It dont know why this app makes paying for Wendys more complicated. You have to add a credit card, then add funds, then make sure you have enough funds to use your 6 digit code, then hope the cashier knows how to use the code, then finish your purchase. It makes way more sense to just use Apple Pay. At least offer coupons like the McDonalds app.

There is no way in hell I am going to put my money in a account that does not have the protection of my credit cards if your servers are breached and the hacker gets into these money stashes and cleans them out......sorry is not going to work.

Cant login after new update on the 11th

The app doesnt work now with the last update. When are you going to fix it? Youre losing my money because I wont return to Wendys until you. Pathetic!!!

You need to fix the app asap

This app is really bad. How can Burger King get theirs right and Wendys So Not right?? Finally got to log in but at first said email was already associated with an account when trying to log in through Facebook, and when trying to retrieve password, said email not associated with an existing account. So when I finally go through all that crap, I create an account and am greeted with a boring, a bit confusing interface, no specials or deals, but looks like I can easily enough add my credit card information--- NO THANK YOU

Mobile payment is broken It keeps shutting off WTH

Worst McDonalds app ever.

2 things. First, the app, when going to payment is broken. It just crashes. Used to work great. Though no one at the restaurant new how to use the app. They really need to learn that. Second, when youre you go to app support it should take you to support. Not the main website. Its like saying " do you need help? Here look at our menu instead!"

This app works good to see the whole menu, but ordering from the app needs to be better explained and easier to use

The Wendys in my area does not mobile payments. That is unacceptable.

"Password does not meet the minimum requirements." How can I know what the minimum requirements are if it it doesnt show it???

I have had no issues with the app. I create what I want whether its on the menu or not, swing by and pick it up. Quite simple and easy.

The Wendys in Totowa NJ has signs promoting the app. So I park and install it. Well this location does not support mobile ordering or mobile payments. How stupid is this. What a waste of time. Ill be happier if all Wendys accepted Apple Pay. Right now its hit and miss. Hello Wendys Corporate - stop forcing your restaurants to promote an app that they dont support!!

Cant add funds through website or the app.

I love ordering the food for my kids really quickly. I dont have to mess around with keeping them in line for too long. Very quick and works great near my house. Register workers need to learn more about how to work it though.

I eat Wendys all the time and love the mobile payment feature. Much better than a gift card.
