What do I have to do actually get the special offer?! I put two singles in my cart, I select the “buy one, get one for 1$” offer, but I still get charges the full amount?!?

Simply won’t let me order

The food was great and fast but using the app to get there was a nightmare. Seriously. There’s so many glitches that thing freezes up. It doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. It really needs to be fixed. I just wanted to give up and leave!

Terrible!

Coupon codes won’t apply. Takes 4-5 times to get it to apply. Frustrating and not worth the hassle.

Baconator shouldnt be $10. Glad I have points to pay. Still good for 1 is gonna be $10 after the baconator being free. It’s ridiculous.

Always issues trying to pay thru the app. Gets to a point where they lose business because of the inconvenience.

U can get discounts and nice pickup timings too

I’ve had this issue for months now. It’s just a gray “W” in the place of every single photo where food should be. It’s like this online too. How does that even happen?

app is impossible to navigate

It’s too difficult to read the menu online or in the app. No prices no pictures only if you go through drive Thur. It’s ridiculous

Since I updated the app when I place an online order and pick drive through pick up I get an error message but it works if I pick carry out app needs to be fixed

Update long time coming it looks like it had improvements since the last time I used it and it logged in good so as of now it looks like it’s been fixed. If anything changes, I will update. For one thing it log out. You have to keep trying over and over and over and over and over until it logs you in it says login failed error 403 don’t quote me on that because when I try to go back and check it let me login. But this isn’t the first time it has happened though.

It would be nice to see the total $$ build as the order is built

My sandwich sat on the table, waiting to be put bag. The lady who attended to me had another customer while the sandwich is being made. After it was made it placed on the table and other employee who had nothing to do and was standing around, continue to stand around and not put my sandwich in the bag. It was obvious that her coworker was busy, but she didn’t help her.

Why have a mobile app if you have to wait 20 minutes for the food when you arrive at the store? Seems like a waste of time to order ahead. Service is absolutely garbage.

Your app is very difficult to use when you want to edit a menu item. This is the third time I’m taking advantage of the March madness sale and I’ve tried to order a large fry as my menu item along with the burger. But the default size is a small fry, and I haven’t found any way to change it yet.

Should be able to add exactly the amount of money you need in digital wallet. Instead you are forced to add minimum of $10.

Multiple times now, I’ve made an order and the MAIN ITEM (usually a burger) has been missing and the order took forever to get to me.

Compared to the apps offered by their competitors, Wendy’s app is sorely lacking in many categories. Most glaring is the lagging caused by cutesy animations and other graphic flair that takes away from its speed and functionality. The app is also prone to crashing as well. The customer service chat is a nice touch but when you have to wait two hours to resolve an issue, what’s the point? Unlike competitors like Taco Bell and Burger King, they make the process of obtaining rewards purchases for out-of-app purchases nearly impossible. (Seriously, they can’t add a receipt scanner!?!?) In addition, and worst of all, is the offers in app have no value and aren’t worth it compared to others.

There should be a tab or option to pick your own sauces to add to your order just like nearly every other fast food chain app, for example McDonalds and Chic-Fil-A. The fact they don’t have this, is like I’m ordering from an outdated app, that isn’t getting updated.

Unable to use a credit card to order on app. It only wanted Apple Pay. I don’t have nor want Apple Pay. I don’t understand because most apps accept credit cards.
